  • Challenges
  • Vision
  • Brand guidelines (if any)
  • Required business inputs

The Service Provider handles the rest.

2a. Responsibilities of the Service Provider

2a.1 Deliver consistent, high-quality content created using AI and professional tools.

2a.2 Manage the Customer’s digital platforms, social media pages, and communication channels as agreed.

2a.3 Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and security of all customer data.

2a.4 Provide timely updates, reports, or performance summaries when required.

2a.5 Ensure the dedicated professional assigned is trained, qualified, and available during working hours.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer.

  • You maintain an active relationship with DIO

You may request data deletion after service termination.


7. Rights of the Customer

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Invoices not cleared within due dates may result in service suspension.

    3. Intellectual Property

    All content created by DIO is transferred to the Customer once full payment is completed.

    4. Prohibited Activities

    Customer shall not:

    • Engage another agency for the same services without permission
    • Post illegal or harmful content
    • Misuse the Service Provider’s designs, templates, or content

    5. Platform Access

    If the Customer provides login access, they must ensure that:

    • Access is authorized
    • Credentials are genuine
    • No third-party interference occurs

    6. Service Modifications

    The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, enhance, or upgrade service features.

    7. Liability

    DIO is not responsible for:

    The Service Provider shall not be responsible or liable for any content, posts, materials, messages, designs, advertisements, or actions created, posted, or uploaded directly by the Customer or by any third party engaged by the Customer. Any issues, violations, damages, copyright claims, or account actions arising from such independently created content are solely the Customer’s responsibility.

    We do not guarantee:

    • Third-party system failures / Platform outages
    • Losses caused by external factors
    • Delays caused by incomplete information from the Customer

    Results vary based on industry, competition, and platform behavior.

    2. Content Disclaimer

    All content created using AI or creative tools is based on the Customer’s input.
    DIO is not responsible for:

    • Customer-provided material
    • Customer-posted content
    • Misuse or misinterpretation of published content

    3. Platform Disclaimer

    We rely on third-party platforms such as:

    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • Google
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube

    Any technical issues, account restrictions, downtime, or algorithm changes are beyond our control.

    4. No Legal or Financial Advice

    Our services do not constitute:

    The Service Provider may use anonymized work samples for portfolio or marketing unless the Customer objects in writing.


    Confidentiality

    We both agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

    • Business data
    • Strategies
    • Login credentials
    • Documents
    • Communication

    Information shall not be shared with any third party without prior consent.


    Indemnification

    The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless against any claims arising from:

    • Misuse of content
    • False information provided by the Customer
    • Any activities beyond the Service Provider’s control
